The following policies will help us maintain our efficiency of operations in regards to the order and delivery process. These policies help us control our operational costs the end result giving us the ability to keep our prices to you as low as possible.

OFFICE HOURS:

7:30am to 4:30pm

ORDER PLACEMENT:

Orders are accepted via fax and email on the Petersen Pet Provisions order form. Orders must include item descriptions and item numbers. In order to insure order accuracy we no longer accept phone orders. Updated catalogs with current items, item numbers, prices and order forms are available from your sales representative or our office.

CUT OFF TIME:

Order cut off time is 4:00pm two (2) business days prior to delivery. See attached chart for order delivery days and deadlines.

ADD ON ORDERS:

Only One (1) add on order, with a maximum of ten (10) line items will be accepted until 1:00pm the day prior to delivery.

CUSTOMER PICKUP ORDERS:

24 hour notice is necessary for any customer pickup orders.

DELIVERY FEE

SPECIAL DELIVERIES:

Any rush or special orders delivered on days other than your scheduled delivery day will be assessed a $30.00 delivery charge, regardless of order size. This charge is separate from the stop fee.

MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNTS FOR DELIVERY:

The minimum order amount for delivery is $350.00 in Wyoming and Colorado. The minimum order amount for delivery is $500.00 in Nebraska, New Mexico and Utah. A $30.00 fee is added to the invoice for operational expenses.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

All orders are C.O.D.
